What if I'm not able to provide a service?

You're always in control. 

If there is a specific service or task requested by a Member (either when booking or during your visits) that you're not comfortable, experienced with, qualified for or able to provide, you're able to politely mention that. 

You should only ever undertake tasks if you have the training, experience, skills or qualifications to complete the task. Let Member's know immediately if you're not the right person for any services they have requested.
